The Solution
Our mandate back then was simple yet critical: bridge the gap. We launched as a platform dedicated solely to solving the issues of networking and mentorship, helping young talent find their footing. We've restrategized and widened our scope: We moved beyond just conversation to include Impact Activities; initiatives like school drives, tree planting, and sports clinics that address immediate needs. We went digital: We launched an active, centralized website to streamline the matching process. We got holistic: We revamped our social media to reflect the full 360-degree view of an athlete’s life; education, sport, career, environment, and community.
